My passion is to see people’s faces light up when they try my food. That’s been true since before I became a professional chef with 10 years of experience, managing kitchens in three cities. Since childhood I’ve cooked for family and friends—there’s no better feeling for me than seeing them amazed by a delicious meal. I chose the career path of my passion and it speaks through my dishes. I started learning to cook professionally at HCHS in Jamaica and have continued growing through hands-on experience. I let ingredients shine and build menus that balance comfort, technique, and vibrant flavor.

For me, cooking is the most fundamental form of caring for someone. Since the dawn of humanity, we’ve been cooking for each other.
